How is business pricing calculated?+
Business plans are priced per recognized image with a monthly commitment. Self-serve API plans go up to 20,000 calls a month (API Scale, $149); above that we agree a volume rate based on your expected monthly or project volume. Calls that fail or find no text are never charged.
Can we pay by invoice?+
Yes. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which issues tax-compliant invoices. Monthly and annual billing are both available for business plans.
Do you store our documents?+
No. Images sent to the API or the converter are processed in memory and discarded, and the recognized text is returned to you without being kept on our servers. Account and usage records are kept only to run your subscription.
Can you process a whole archive for us?+
Yes. Tell us roughly how many pages you have, the condition of the documents and the output you need (plain text, one file per page, CSV and so on), and we will propose a batch plan and timeline.
How accurate is it on our documents?+
Accuracy depends on handwriting style and image quality, so the best test is your own material. Every account gets 25 free API calls a month, and we are happy to run a larger free sample for business evaluations.
What do we need to integrate?+
Any language that can make an HTTPS request. The API is a single REST endpoint with bearer-token authentication; the documentation includes cURL, Node.js, Python and PHP examples.
